According to the decision No. 1/294A dated 24.06.2022 of the President of the Central Bank of Armenia, the program prospectus of coupon bonds of "FAST CREDIT CAPITAL" UCO CJSC was registered.
From July 13, 2022, Fast Credit plans to issue bonds with a yield of 11.5% in drams and 6.25% in dollars within 5 working days․
Fast Credit registered a prospectus for the program of issuing nominal, coupon, non-documentary, non-convertible bonds with a total volume of 𝟏 billion drams and 𝟏𝟎 million US dollars.
The first allocation is planned to be held in 2022. 13-19 July, duration of 5 working days, volume of 500 million drams and 3 million US dollars. The organization will issue bonds with a nominal value of 5,000 (five thousand) drams and 30,000 (thirty thousand) dollar bonds. Vouchers will be paid with an interval of three months. The nominal value of one dram bond is 100,000 RA drams, and the dollar bond is 100 US dollars.
